CAN YOU SMELL THE BEAD FACTORY?
CAN YOU SMELL THE BEAD FACTORY?
SEE IT
HEAR IT
SMELL IT
THE BE-AD FACTOR
Y

Silver black
Red and yellow
Beads
Rows and rows

Heaped in piles
Like chilies in the sun
Beads
Left out to dry

Long and fat
Thin rounds
Curves winking
Pale glass
Watching

Ceramic, wooden, metallic clay
Colourful stones
Like seeds
Pits retrieved
From your stomach

Orange fuchsia
Noiseless blue
Tanning themselves
Stretching, sighing
Under the weight of their
Friends

Beads

Waiting.

Hi, I was visiting your blog:

http://blogsboro.blogspot.com/

And I wanted to comment on "Dream" but I could not find a place to comment so I came here. I DEFINITELY liked it, VERY well written and very beautiful. Thank you so much.

I would like to know if you would like to exchange linkes with me. I have already placed a link to http://blogsboro.blogspot.com/ on my blog and my site and now that I have found this blog, I will have to add it too.

I placed your links at:

Free Poems.

and

Poem Poem Poem

Would you like to link back to my site and my blog?

I have also created a blog where you can register and publish your own poems and stories. I would love to have your contributions if you are so inclined. The blog is

Poems and Stories.

I would love to have some of your work there.

Love,

Anna

hi,

This is a nice colorful, flowing piece of verse, it vividly captures the magic....of these litle things that are so part of every teenagers embelishments.
