Hopelessness is like a disease. A virus that enters through your nostrils, the space behind your eyeballs, the cracks in your clenched lips and teeth, the closet hole between your legs. It diffuses through your skin like air water carbon dioxide. It enters your cells, injects its DNA and forces you to multiply hundreds and thousands of tiny infected cells crawling like an army of ants, a sea of terror over every single part of your body.It eats up, engulfs every single hope-filled particle of you until your eyes are yellow and pale like the whites of broken eggs, until your skin feels loaded with the weight of too many inner bodies you cannot contain and your brain and heart have surrendered every fortress.

Hopelessness is like a disease. It feeds off you like some evil parasite, and when it is done, or you are done, floats away to find better healthier prey.

Annihilate. Exterminate. Eliminate. Obliterate.

Wow Ayesha. Another good one.

Though I hope it doesn't reflect how you're feeling.

Thanks Ashvin,
Yeah I went through a phase... but I'm ok now! Glad you liked it.
